In my work as a couples therapist, I often see themes of despair and hopelessness, entrenched patterns, disconnection, and the feeling of being out of sync. There are many reasons why couples find themselves reaching out for support, and it is a privilege to help couples work through barriers to communication and connection and find ways to reach towards each other again.
Slowing things down
Making sense of triggers, reactions, and unspoken or unmet needs
Understanding patterns
Exploring how past experiences and current stress show up in the relationship
Building awareness
Gaining insight, empathy, and emotional clarity
Finding tools
Learning practical skills to navigate conflict and repair ruptures
Couples therapy can support greater understanding, emotional connection, and more intentional ways of relating, especially during times of stress, conflict, or change.
I work with couples of all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, and cultural identities.
All relationships are welcome and respected.
