Psychotherapy Services

Healing happens in relationship. My work is grounded in a humanistic approach that centers compassion, collaboration, and practical tools for meaningful change.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive, relational space to explore emotional challenges, life transitions, and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Our work is grounded in compassion and collaboration, supporting greater self-understanding, resilience, and sustainable change.

Couples Psychotherapy

Couples therapy supports partners in understanding communication patterns, emotional triggers, and relational dynamics that contribute to conflict or disconnection.

Together, we work toward more attuned communication, deeper understanding, and stronger, more resilient relationships.

Chronic Illness Therapy

Chronic illness therapy offers emotional support for individuals living with long-term health conditions, chronic pain, fatigue, or ongoing medical uncertainty. I specialize in autoimmune and gastrointestinal illnesses.

This work focuses on helping you navigate the emotional, relational, and identity-level impact of chronic illness, while building spaciousness for your body’s unique needs and learning a more sustainable way of being, even during times of active symptoms.
